Downtown Landscape Standards

Description:  The City of Modesto maintains specific requirements for the downtown streetscape. As areas in the downtown are developed, these streetscape standards must be applied.

Examples: The Downtown Streetscape Standards include requirements for sidewalks, trees, planting pots and various other features to be included with downtown development.
