ACTION: Motion (O’Bryant/Olsen; Hawn absent) accepting the 2007 annual Modesto Police Department's Internal Affairs/Complaints Report.

3. Consider staff recommendation to amend the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 budget to add new multi-year appropriation and revenue accounts of $30,582 within the Operation Block Grants Fund for Modesto Police Activities League (PAL) and Gang/Drug Awareness Programs, and forward to City Council for adoption. (Funding Source: Not applicable)
