Presentation by Mark Tucker of Gallagher Benefit Services regarding the status of regional healthcare, City of Modesto claims experience, an explanation of experience vs. community rating, as well as the pros and cons of High Deductible Health Plans and other cost saving strategies including employee wellness programs. 3. Consider recommending to the City Council approval of funding for two new Customer Service Account Clerk I positions in the Finance Department and for increased printing and mailing services related to the Water Metering Program, at a cost of $79,548 in Fiscal Year 2008-09.
