• City Building Standards
  The Division maintains all City building codes and standards.
  
  
• Plan Reviews
  All new construction projects in the City of Modesto must go through the Plan Review process completed by the Division.

  The Building Safety Division can assist residents and developers with all building permits, including renewals and extensions.
